How a cold air balloon float is built
First the balloon platform is attached to an electric golf cart. This is the foundation for the self driven cold air balloon float.
Next the balloon air bladder is attached over the platform and golf cart to close off all openings to prevent air from escaping the cold air balloon float.
Next the 12v battery pack and 12v fans are added to the balloon platform.
Next the cold air balloon is attached to the balloon platform.
Lastly the cold air balloon is inflated. Your cold air balloon float is now ready to drive down the parade route.
This is our Candy Lane Express Train which consists of three cold air balloons, one golf cart pulling two trailers.
